The data will be encrypted and your privacy is our privacy and your name and credentials will never be shared. No one wants to find out that their boss and they themselves were applying in the same company outside and the company reached out to both during a huddle. That will be awkward. We know it. We are from the same industry and understand the dynamics. And we joke about them too. No, we do not do any HR jokes anymore. They are as clichéd as their jobs. Ok Sorry. That was the last one.

OUR MORAL CODE & MOTTO AS SOCIETY:

We have adopted Herbert J Taylor’s “The Four-Way Test”, of the things we think, say and do:
1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

In all our professional, social and interpersonal relationships, we live by these principles so entire community and can benefit and grow.

ABOUT THE FOUNDING MEMBERS:

A Surveyor & Loss Assessor gets a chance to boast about himself and satiate his ego – that is a sight more precious than seeing our PM at 2000 hours online. Varun Gawarikar, consultant surveyor with M/s Transocean Marine General Survey Agencies, is a second-generation Marine Surveyor & Loss Assessor, aspiring script writer, stand-up comedy open mic enthusiast, Hasya Kavita writer, Shayar and a blogger in desperate need of audience.

He is a professional networker. His friends call him the CAT5e cable, of networking. His own network boasts of more than 5000 people on linked in and his group on linkedin “Marine Insurance Claims” has more than 10,000 people from across the globe. His whatsapp group by the same name is almost full.
That is when the idea to create such a society was formed and instead of marine or property / casualty or health such fragmented approach – a group that saw entire insurance industry as a holistic brotherhood / sisterhood was formed.
Along with other seniors spread across India as well as gulf countries this society was chartered.
